In the scopes of CSO DePO project, “Support for Noyemberyan” NGO implements activity addressed to developing professional skills of non-governmental organizations and civic active group representatives. On this purpose in September 2015 “Support for Noyemberyan” NGO organized 7 days’ training developing youth professional capacities involved in youth groups in Noyemberyan region 5 rural communities.


The development of social enterprising today is a real opportunity especially for NGO field representatives to implement long lasting and sustainable activity. In 2015 “Community Center for Development” territorial cooperation NGO assisted partner “Noy Astgh” NGO to establish a rehabilitation center, which is unique in the area in its kind. The center was opened in Koghb community on April 24 and was provided with necessary furniture and equipment.

In August 2015 Tavush region Bagratashen village kindergarten was provided with new furniture: 45 chairs and 12 desks. The last time they got furniture was during the soviet period and it was out of use now and parents avoided taking their children to kindergarten because of inconveniences.


Eurasia Partnership Foundation (EPF), Support for Noyemberyan NGO (SFN), Caucasus Research Resource Center (CRRC), Media Initiatives Center (MIC), Goris Press Club (GPC), and Martuni Women Community Council (MWCC), established a Consortium to implement ‘CSO Development Program” under USAID’s Development Grants Program (DGP). The project implementation period is 2014-2019.

In March 2014 an art exhibition and documentary film festival was organized in Noyemberyan town devoted to human rights protection. Representatives from Tavush and Kvemo-Kartly regions’ NGOs and youth groups participated in the festival, which was addressed to strengthen partnership between civic active groups of the two regions.

On April 17, 2013 “Community Center for Development” territorial cooperation NGO and US Peace Corps volunteer Skip Brewster co-funded and organized creative art contest titled “Reading around the World”. The contest was addressed to inspire interest to reading among younger generation.
