On October 11, 2024, the Noyemberyan Community School Festival of the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" took place in Noyemberyan.
It was organized by the Community Capacity Development Practice Hub in collaboration with the Noyemberyan Intellectual Education Club (NIKA). A total of 19 teams registered to participate in the festival.
The aim of the festival was to create a unique platform for the youth of the Noyemberyan Consolidated Community to foster their intellectual development, encourage dialogue, build connections, strengthen ties, and promote future cooperation among young people.
Prizes in various categories were awarded by Noyemberyan Municipality, "Community Center for Development" Territorial Cooperation NGO, Leadership School, Office of the Financial System Mediator, Noyemberyan branches of ACBA Bank, Ardshinbank, and VTB Armenia Bank, Bagratashen branch of Ararat Bank, Noyemberyan branch of "Aregak" UCO, Fund for Armenian Relief, Noyemberyan branch of "Bridge of Hope" NGO and other organizations and individuals who recognize the significance of this event.
The Noyemberyan Community School Festival of the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" was organized by the Community Capacity Development Practice Hub.
