On October 11, 2024, the Noyemberyan Community School Festival of the intellectual game "What? Where? When?" took place in Noyemberyan.

The “Smart Noyemberyan” project team is pleased to announce that a Techno-box Training Center was officially opened in Noyemberyan State College on September 4, 2024.

As a result of the cooperation between the Community Capacity Development Practice Hub and the Office of the Financial System Mediator, a financial training session was organized for women in Noyemberyan.

During the session, participants were introduced to the activities of the Financial System Mediator's Office and received important information about insurance, bank accounts, deposits, investments, loans, and guarantees.

As a result of the cooperation between the Community Capacity Development Practice Hub and the Office of the Financial System Mediator, more than 30 students from Noyemberyan, Berdavan, and Koghb participated in a three-day financial literacy school held in Noyemberyan from August 28-30.
