The goal of the project is to form 10 volunteer groups in Noyemberyan consolidated community and provide them with professional skills, to support the target 10 settlements to have a sorted waste collection plan (plastic, glass and paper) and waste collection units, to organize the sale of the collected waste, and to direct the received funds to solution of the problems identified by the volunteer groups (e.g. improving playgrounds, cleaning, installation of trash cans, lighting, etc.).


The goal of the Project is to support young families in Noyemberyan region of Tavush marz by establishing a rabbit farm and providing alternative means for income generation.

The beneficiaries of the Project are 30 young families living in Noyemberyan consolidated community of Tavush region, who have underage children in their care, are unemployed and are in search of a permanent job.


“Tavush Region Integrated and Balanced Economic Development” project was co-funded by the European Union and RA Government. It was implemented by “Community Center for Development” Territorial Cooperation NGO. The Project implementing partners were “Lusadzor”, “Achajur”, “Sevkar”, “Sarigyugh”, “Nerkin Tsakhkavan” and “Koghb” Pasture Users’ Unions.


The project “Drinking Water Supply in Jujevan Village” was financed by the Embassy of Japan to Armenia. It solved the problem with drinking water supply for more than 135 households (600 inhabitants) in Jujevan village.

Within the framework of the project funded by the Bavarian Youth Council (sub-grantor: New Generation Humanitarian NGO), CCD NGO’s Noyemberyan youth group implemented the “Civil Awareness” project.

A media blog was created which regularly covers topics related to civil rights and responsibilities. It also highlights the community problems and suggests ways to address these issues.
