The Georgia-based Civil Development agency in partnership with the Armenia-based Support for Noyemberyan (SFN) and the Northern Branch of Eurasia Partnership Foundation within the framework of the EU-funded European Partnership Territorial Cooperation (EaPTC) are implementing a 16-month “Cross-border Economic Development” (CED) project.

The Georgia-based Civil Development agency in partnership with the Armenia-based “Community Center for Development” territorial cooperation NGO (CCD) and the Northern Branch of Eurasia Partnership Foundation within the framework of the EU-funded “European Partnership Territorial Cooperation” (EaPTC) implemented “Cross-border Economic Development” (CED) project.

In frames of CSO DePo project «Support for Noyemberyan» NGO renovated Berdavan basic school restrooms in both floors of the building. In addition to renovation we also organized training for the schoolchildren about hygienic rules. The project was implemented by co-funding of «Support for Noyemberyan» NGO, US Peace Corps, Berdavan basic school and community hall.

In frames of CSO DePo project “Support for Noyemberyan” NGO built a playground in Tavush region Movses frontline village, where 112 children of 3-12 age live. The playground project was implemented by the initiative of “Support for Noyemberyan” NGO and co-funded by Movses community hall and “Focus on Children” organization.

“Community Center for Development” territorial cooperation NGO in frames of “CSO DePo” project supports Tavush region NGOs and civic active groups to develop their capacities on the purpose of strengthening cross-border partnership and involving additional investments to solve cross-community problems. In May – August 2015 Armenian Tavush region and Georgian Kvemo-Kartly youth group members had a meeting in Georgian town Bolnisi to discuss partnership projects.

In frames of CSO DePo project «Support for Noyemberyan» NGO organizes professional capacity development training for Tavush region NGOs and civic group members. In September 2015 similar trainings were organized in Noymemberyan area 5 rural communities. Training participant 25 young people got knowledge about developing grant projects and volunteerism on community problem solving.
