In March 2014 an art exhibition and documentary film festival was organized in Noyemberyan town devoted to human rights protection. Representatives from Tavush and Kvemo-Kartly regions’ NGOs and youth groups participated in the festival, which was addressed to strengthen partnership between civic active groups of the two regions.
34 Armenian and Georgian young people participated in the festival with their pictures and films about human rights. The project was implemented by the financial support of “People in Need”, “Euroest Culture”, “Czech Republic Development Cooperation”, “Community Center for Development” territorial cooperation NGO and “Bolnisi Language Center” NGOs.
