On 18 February, within the framework of the “Tavush Region Integrated and Balanced Economic Development” project, TRIBED Project Director Hasmik Azibekyan and “Tavush Agribusiness Association” Member, “Arfood” Agricultural Production Cooperative Chairperson Meri Mehrabyan signed a Grant Contract directed to the production capacity development of the dry fruit processing plant established by the above-mentioned cooperative, in Getahovit community, Tavush Region.

On 15 February, within the framework of the “Tavush Region Integrated and Balanced Economic Development” project, TRIBED Project Director Hasmik Azibekyan and “Tavush Agribusiness Association” Member, “Hovani” Agricultural Production Cooperative Chairperson Aneta Eghikyan signed a Grant Contract directed to the production capacity development of the greenhouse farm established by the above-mentioned cooperative, in Archis community, Tavush Region. In frames of the Grant Contract, new production equipment will be purchased and 4 new jobs will be created.

Within the framework of the project “We are Responsible for the Most Important Issues”, Bagratashen community square improvement works were completed with the efforts of Bagratashen youth group. Now the square has new benches and litter bins.

On 10 November, within the framework of “Progressing Youth Participation in Armenia on Governance and Peace” project, the first meeting of 4-module training took place in CCD NGO office, Noyemberyan, Tavush Region. The training was attended by the youth groups’ members of CCD NGO coming from Noyemberyan community.

Within the framework of the project “Having Carefree Older People Improves Our Community”, Berdavan older people’s entertainment center improvement works were completed with the efforts of Berdavan youth group. The center will now host the older people of Berdavan Community in an improved and more comfortable environment. Many thanks to all those who participated in the project and contributed to its implementation.

On December 6, there was a lot of activity in Noyemberian Park. Within the framework of the project, titled “We are responsible for our community“, the illumination of Noyemberyan park’s central part was carried out. For the first time, Noyemberyan youth group had an effective collaboration with the community administration.
