On May 25, a meeting-discussion took place at "Community Center for Development" territorial development NGO office. It was aimed at a number of problems of Noyemberyan consolidated community and their solutions. The meeting was organized within the framework of the "Smart Noyemberyan" project funded by USAID. Among the participants were representatives of RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Noyemberyan Community Hall, bank managers, heads of non-governmental organizations, businessmen.

On June 15, the closing Ceremony of the project “Drinking Water Supply in Jujevan Village” took place in CCD NGO office.
The project was implemented by CCD NGO with the financial support of the Embassy of Japan to Armenia. It partially solved the problem with drinking water supply in Jujevan village.
The event was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Republic of Armenia H.E. Mr. Masanori Fukushima, GGP Coordinator Mr. Taiki Kohno, Primate of the Diocese of Tavush Bishop Bagrat Galstanyan, Head of Local Self-Government and State Executive Bodies Department of Tavush Regional Administration Aghabek Galstyan,

On 15 February, the residents of Noyemberyan community had a meeting-discussion with Tavush Governor Hayk Chobanyan, Noyemberyan Mayor Karen Abazyan and Deputies of RA National Assembly Sofya Hovsepyan, Shirak Torosyan and Sargis Alexanyan. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the problems in Noyemberyan community, solutions of which require legislative reforms. The event was attended by community leaders, businessmen, representatives of civil society, as well as of educational, healthcare, agricultural and other sectors. The participants touched upon a number of issues related to community management, education, health and agriculture, and considered new ideas for business development and investment in the region.

On 30 January, a meeting was held at CCD NGO office with PRDP TA team representatives. The discussion was attended by TRIBED project team and members of the Tavush Agribusiness Association who are also beneficiaries of the above-mentioned project.
