On 18 February, within the framework of the “Tavush Region Integrated and Balanced Economic Development” project, TRIBED Project Director Hasmik Azibekyan and “Tavush Agribusiness Association” Member, “Arfood” Agricultural Production Cooperative Chairperson Meri Mehrabyan signed a Grant Contract directed to the production capacity development of the dry fruit processing plant established by the above-mentioned cooperative, in Getahovit community, Tavush Region.
In frames of the Grant Contract, new production equipment will be purchased and 2 new jobs will be created. The dry fruit processing plant modernization works are in progress and will be completed in June, 2019.
